Family Tree

So all the family tree’s I have been investigating or have tried out are really, well there is only one word for it… “doff” (stupid).  Any suggestions would be appretiated… *hint hint*

For now we will have to settle for this. (I am using the Founder/heir’s fav color)

Generation One

Morticia and Jon Lesson (never married) had ->

Maximillion, Geraldine and Jefferson.

Generation Two

Maximillion and Joss Granger (engaged) had ->

Twins, Evangeline and Valentia.

I’m still using the Photoshop family tree, because I’m not fully satisfied with the Tribal options customization. But… they’re a hint:

A online maker of family trees, completely free. After I stumbled upon this website, I started mapping others, trying to find the perfect one for my needs. I’m still searching, but if anything better catch my eye, I’ll let you know.

Thanks for that! I’ll look into it!

Here I am again to tell the conclusion about my online family tree builder research. Tribalpages sucks when it comes to customizing and has a limit of 50 pics on free websites BUT it IS STILL the best online free tree builder.

I’ve tried (doesn’t allow you to delete your account once you’ve created it, making me suspect they’re a black-hole for gathering emails for email marketing; far too many pages and details, no customization at all: but the design is clean), My Family (a lighter version of Ancestry; it could be good if it wasn’t so depended on Ancestry. You ended being redirect all the time and have to manage two profile pages: one in each website) and WeRelate (it’s a Wiki, which is good, but lacks diversity on navigation options for family trees).

So… with all its faults, TribalPages is still the best option.

Hmmm… I am thinking I am going to ask Mr Parachute to make a family tree from powerpoint…. LOL

Thanks for the feedback again though, I really do appretiate it!

First of all I want to say excellent blog! I had a quick question in
which I’d like to ask if you don’t mind. I was interested to find out how you center yourself and
clear your mind before writing. I’ve had difficulty clearing my mind in getting my thoughts out. I do enjoy writing but it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are usually wasted simply just trying to figure out how to begin. Any recommendations or tips? Thanks!

Hi. I usually jot down an outline story and have a clear idea of how the chapter will flow in the beginning. Once I start writing then i become more involved in the story and the creative juices flow from there. Thanks for stopping by.
